Characteristics of round cut lab moissanite diamonds
- Greater fire: higher refractive index (2.65-2.69) than diamonds (2.42) and dispersion value (0.104) 2.5 times that of diamonds, giving a more pronounced rainbow sparkle in the light.
- Brilliance close to that of diamonds: the 57/58 facets of the round cut optimize the reflection of light and achieve a brilliance similar to that of diamonds.
